Changing your own Tyres

    That's not how i remember it :D

    You really gonna stick to PR4's on track though. The jury's out with wether I should swap between PR4's for the road and track tyres for track?

    no idea why trackdays has come into it when we are talking (at least I was) about tyre changes.with regard to a patronising tone regarding trackdays,I'd love to see what you mean so I can adjust my tone,wouldn't want to upset anyone.

    No one is upset mate, we are all big boys.... You just seem to take the "scooby knows best approach" and don't seem to let it go when questioned.

    But I'll leave it there.

    And for the record, based on your comments, I thought you'd saved just over £2k over 6 years ;)

    yep your right I have with my days,but you seem to forget about the other rider I look(ed) after.

    anyway,I've saved some money,lets leave it there.and if anyone wants their tyres changing at Donny,tough shit I aint taking my machine with me :)

    Yeah, that rear was just about shot wasn't it.

    At the moment I haven't got a track bike mate and no warmers, so tbh can't see the point in putting track tyres on.

    Well im thinking of replacing my warmers as the rear's a bit tight. So if I buy another pair then i can take my current set to Donington as spares if you change your mind, although those PR's do warm up fast anyway.
