Maybe the different tyre brands have different wear characteristics?? I was doing sub 2m10s in fast group with that wear and on a very hot day :)

I'm sure when they posted up track tyre wear it was orange peel effect as ideal tyre wear? Doesn't bobbles mean overheating of rubber?

You all need to get in the habit of measuring pressures hot.

As soon as you come in from a session even before taking lid and gloves off have a quick check.

For Pirelli Superbike slicks which are fairly similar to SuperCorsas or Racetechs I run 35 f 26 r hot.

Jimbo I reckon you could drop the rear a few psi. Give it a go for a session and inspect the wear.

I've played around with mine and now get a nice orange peel effect all over the tyre.

I've never found the tyre guy that helpful and pressures are a personal thing that depend on many things. The only way is to experiment changing just a bit at time.

I need to find my pressure gauge!! Lol borrowed andy's...

Will have a play and see how they feel when adjusted, but conditions weren't consistent yesterday to try.

    Cheers though mate

That's another thing to remember, Ideally you want use the same pressure guage all the time.

Doesn't actually matter if it reads high or low as long as it's consistant.
