Well, I still live in the US and won't leave here until August. If you really want it I am sure we can work a deal and I can send it to you as a gift . Will taxes be accessed to it then??? Gus
That's what I ment before. If you send a gift it won't be taxed. The wife wants some large bedding sets for my girls when we are. The us in march. Will buy them and post back to ourselfs or the kids as gifts as presents from family in the us Worth a try.
From Customs website. 2.2 Do I have to pay import duties and/or import VAT on goods sent to me? Most goods arriving in the UK from outside the EU are liable to any or all of the following taxes: customs duty excise duty import VAT and must be paid whether: you purchase the goods or receive them as a gift the goods are new or used (including antiques) the goods are for your private use or for re-sale Having said that lots of people have bought exhausts from the US and still got a good deal. I bought a GP Pro a year or so ago and it got through with no taxes so it is a bit "luck of the draw" http://customs.hmrc.gov.uk/channels...HMCE_CL_000014&propertyType=document#P28_2966
Megawatt, Currently I live in the western part of the US in Idaho, but before this I lived in Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Maryland and North Carolina.
