Great pics and looking forward to reading your ride review tomorrow. If it’s as light and nimble as the 675R (which it will be and some) then I imagine you’ll be going for a longer ride than you think. I used to get people telling me the same about only one headlight on my CBR600RR. Shame Triumph couldn’t fit symmetric LED lights but hey, when you’re riding it you won’t know!
Triumph like a sticker I ask dealer to remove mine from the street triple 765 rs there not allowed HS and all that ha ha. I don’t think the front looks bulky or care about one light on but shame they didn’t go LED. Sure the the road going version will have them in 2021( run and hide)
I was thinking the same Looks like they have found some old front ends But I suppose it’s about the engine, gears and handling
Regardless of the engine gears and handling it's not rocket science to make the front end look more aggressive and sweet...ducati etc manage it. It wouldn't have needed much tweaking. Lovely bike apart from that. Think I'd have to park it back end facing me...bit like a bird with an ugly face but lovely arse as our Nige would analogise no doubt
Sorry to hijack the thread with more Norton stuff.....probably another nail in Norton's coffin this morning.....https://www.iomttraces.com/news/racing/mcguinness-joins-quattro-plant-bournemouth-kawasaki
There may indeed be a small role for you in the life of Lozzy .....as it seems the new Skoda with all its technology doesn't have footwell fairies....bit like every other car I've had Although chewing gum does comes off the steering wheel easier
You can check, if it’s magnetic it’s mild steel. Stainless steel (with the exception of 4series) isn’t.
For that amount of money for something supposedly special and limited in production I’d have dumped it right outside their showroom door and demanded my money back how can Triumph justify poor quality on a premium product
Just to confirm Nigel is that just in front of the rear brake pedal so I can check tomorrow because the next photo is chain side what am I looking at in this pic??
Nigel mine wasn’t about to take pics etc but there was one in the showroom that’s going out Monday so I had a look the weld on this one looked a lot neater than yours if I am honest
it's still, in my opinion, a sub-standard finish for what is supposed to be a flagship product. I'll probably run some silver paint over it.[/QUOTE] For someone who likes a complaint email I’m surprised your putting up with that! You’ve been messed about with the delivery and about to paint and keep a sub standard bike? You must be going soft mate!

The circle of weld on yours nige looks like the work experience guy done it, the one I looked at today was very smooth and you could hardly see the weld
once I get mine I will check it out if I am not happy that acf50 won’t protect it I will take it to a mate who does anodising
Do you know of anyone else who might have one Nigel to check? And these are Moto 2 bikes Do the Moto 2 boys care about the finish
