Weekend blast to Scotland, some great roads, a break at the dyno run place, overnight for a few pints of tennents, can of IrnBru and a square sausage in the morning before the trip home and all is good. Where is the dyno place?

That would have to be done over a weekend. 190 miles from me. Could do it on the way back from a tour of Skye again though. I'd take the cairngorms rollercoaster road back down.
Would have to be late Sat afternoon, early start somewhere like Stirling services - make sure the chap was expecting and happy to do a few late afternoon runs. Stay over near by, then blast down Sunday - the Cairngorm rollercoaster route is awesome!
