got them done with the headphones, either use them as earplugs which are excellent, or put music on for motorway / chilled out rides out...

one of the best things i've bought in ages.

Have been using ear phones plugged into iphone for music. Then shooting sonicII ones when the baffle is out.
Did you hard wire yours in Jimbo or Dave V and who done them for you/him?
My scala g4 I'm thinking of binning the speakers cos they're shite.Did use them for music but not loud enough.Right one has a mind of its own now.

Three of my older brothers wear hearing aids and I don't intend to be the 4th :)
My eldest bruv worked on Helicopters in the army 70's! The next inline used jack hammers with the gas board 70's & 80's and finally the youngest of my older bruvs played in a band 80's & 90's!
Watchin them at our annual New year party is feckin hilarious seeing them trying to tune in to each other also I either talk to them quietly or just mouth some words and all you hear is "see these fcukin batteries they're shite" but growing up with them and watching their deafness getting worse! I vowed to look after my hearing!
I've use earplugs on the bikes from the off! I can't imagine not wearing them they're just another part of my gear like me boot, gloves etc.
I used foam ones then got a pair of custom made (Plugzz) which I lost  I now have Ultimate ear Squidgies and they are fab! They work a treat! they're dead easy to get in and out and all day comfy :D

There are expensive £60 (but what price do you put on your hearing) there is none of the faffing about you get with foam ones rolling them, then them falling out or getting stuck in! Squidgies just pop in and out easy peazy lemon squeezie!
    I am 47yrs and I can still hear a mouse fart at a 100 yards :D job done ;)

I always use ear plugs on both road and track, it cuts out wind noise and for some reason seems to enhance the note I hear from the exhaust. Definitely use them mate.

Of course, everyone's entitled to their opinion and to express it at anytime.

Yes I could be chastised for riding a Bike as it increases my chance of Death significantly every time I go out on it.

However I take all AVAILABLE precautions available to minimize this, i.e. Leathers, Knoz Track Vest Back Protector, decent Boots/Gloves etc and a premium Shoei Lid.

Back with the initial argument then..............

If it had (HAS) been proved by Medical Research that riding a Bike whether on Road or Track without wearing Ear protection generally leads to Irrevocable hearing damage then I stand by my initial statement...........you're a TIT!

Even if you're happy going 'WHAT ?' every 5 mins in later life, what about ya Kids & Grandkids being upset that Dad/Granddad can't hear JACK when they're talking to you?

If that 'appears' Cool to you, and you feel the need to argue the Case against further then, as you point out, that is your right, so knock yer self out!

well,as the risk of death is increased by riding a bike, surely the best available precaution to avoid said risk is not to ride one.does that make you a tit if you do? no.,do you get bored of people moaning that bikes are death traps and you'll end up killing yourself,or maybe your lucky and nobody does (or nobody cares enough too ;) ),either way, would you tell them to fuck off and mind thier own buisness if they did?

ok we'll leave it there then :)
