I haven't started the process of herding the cats yet....just need to sort with the lincs & Manchester lot at which point we're meeting up & the time. No excuses, it wasn't overly warm this morning but was plenty warm enough for an early ride to the coast for a bacon buttie before the holiday crowds blocked up the roads It was lovely looking at the brown sea

Ok regarding the 3rd, and that the weathers good...I'm presuming Gary @Muffking that you & Simon will be coming up from Lincs over the Humber Bridge? If that's right then I plan to meet you at the Brewers Fayre at Hessle as I'll be coming along the M62 from my end. I guess that you Paul & the other Lancs lads will be coming over on the M62 as well?!? So do you want to meet us there too or if you have another preference on our route to Scarborough just let us know where. We can then head from Scarborough up to Whitby for some grub etc and then as Muffking suggested back via Helmsley. Once we've sorted the pick up points then it's just the times. I'm good with any time so I'll fit in with whatever is convenient for you guys.

Reight......as they say in gods country... This is where we are so far... I'm scooping up @PauloHRC & Co at junction 36 M62 and then down to Hessle to meet up with Lincs lads. @Muffking will then lead on up to Whitby Scoff some grub & get the feeling back in our arse's & then it's on to Great Ayton & then Stokesley for the run down to Helmsley.....then home. Some stunning roads & scenery in this ride, so let us all pray to the great sun god in the sky for good weather & that a massive bout of raging diarrhoea may befall on Sunday morning all lycra louts & dawdling sightseeing old codgers who may have been heading that way Just the times to sort out then we're good to go
Looks as if it'll be a great day out for you all. Two and a half hours from my place just to get there.
That's what great rideouts are all about though, not sticking to the same roads and pushing yourself to venture out to some great scenery. I'm still an hour away from the main start point as Hessle.
