This was heading up to Hartside Cafe on Monday on way home Quite chuffed with that , and bike looks ok given its just done 1,000 miles without a wash!
Jeezz Al!!! Your bloody good mate! Mmm maybe a bit too good! Did you throw your good camera at the outside of the corner and hope for the best then go back and collect it! That's a crackin shot!!!.... well it might have been if it had Blade in it
I can't take credit for it - few people have asked - its a local lad to the area who goes up at the weekend and snaps folk on their way to the cafe - then he goes up and shows the image if he can find you and charges £3.50 via email for the file. He tried £5.00 and take up was significantly less so he makes more money charging less and getting more sales - the 'its only the price of a pint' comment is prob. very true. Think he used a mid level nikon with a 55 - 200mm lens - and lots of practice with settings / panning no doubt
Mmm don't think anybody does that up'ere if feel an entrepreneur comin on That is so cool Al a definite service mate! Good on him!
OK, So here is a review of my trip up - be interested in feedback on the 'documentary' approach with the introduction / ending etc. The maps make the film very long - but if I speed them up you either can't work out route / read names or they are too zoomed out to see what is going on
Really enjoyed that Al watch out Nick Sanders there is a new kid on the block. Like the decals on your bike . Will really look forward to the spain trip video if you are coming???:
That was excellent Al! but as witnessed in Oban don't get fingers, toes or any loose article of clothing near my pie hole when I'm on a feeding frenzy
