Probably all sourced out of China or Indonesia - even the OE stuff...I visited a Chinese bearing manufacturer / drop forge shop in Shaoguan - off the same bearing line as Dong Ya bearings they were packing SKF kit for export to EU and US... I've seen this in many Chinese and Indonesian factories - our beloved blade exhaust system is mainly sourced out of Indonesia (factory close to Jakarta)...

Well I've had a set off eBay on my old rrw for a while now and no probs at all, I ordered another set for my hrc and they are spot on too. Each to there own lads.
I only would buy Levers which are tested already, like CE or TUEV etc. or used by Race Teams, otherwise you never know what will happened, if something happened....
