don't rush it. I tried that at Oulton last October on a trackday and ended up in the gravel. It takes time to get there, but from what I have experienced it happens in stages and at times you go backwards (in my case backwards through a gravel trap or into the tyre wall). Rome as you rightly say took slightly longer than 24 hours to build.
Bloody hell 2.I6 I am considering racing with No limits with the blade , was chatting to another Couple of track day riders(Andys mates) about entering the endurance races they do)
Go for it Jason, you will only regret it if you don't. Even if you feel it hasn't worked out (which I very much doubt), it is better to have tried it than get to an age where you wish you had done it, but no longer could even if you wanted to. As for the 2.16 riders, I still take my hat off to them, as they have stuck at it and not been put off by it at all. I am by no means the fastest out there, far far from it, but it is the enjoyment from it that makes it all worth while. As for crashes YT, I had one at Oulton on a trackday last October and then while racing I have had one again at Oulton in April and one at Anglesey in June.
Just seen a post on "No Limits" facebook page that they are doing 2 day track day "Double Deal - Book Oulton Park 1st October and 2nd October for just £169."
