Ha ha. No sweat dan Here ya go benn... She's going to get a full overhaul this year. Showing a bit of age bless her. Ps - this was taken when I got her out of storage a while back. Been cleaned since then
I have fond memories of caning my mates from Tamworth to Bath on the fosseway, cracking little bike. What a sound. RC30, would love to try one. Saw a mint RC45 with 4k on clock parked at Hillberry, there's a bike I'd buy in a heartbeat!
Taught me everything I know!! I'll never sell it (sorry dan) Yep - few 30/45 wh@res on here mate, including I!
Cheers! Glad you lot like her, wasnt sure how well she'd be received. Good to know this place can appreciate the old skool stuff as well, must be some proper bikers on here. lol!
That bike is stunning, I'd love to see that in the flesh. How does it handle compared to modern stuff?
Cheers lads , I had a lot of belief in the direction I went with it. Is a PB obsession bike too(Sept '07) & It'll happily mix it with modern tackle. But then I did a bit more than polish bits & give it a loud paint job, which is how most 1127's ended up.
Well, after an oil change, polish, chain adj & tyre pressures, I fired her up this weekend. I couldn't STOP riding!! Just forgot how grunty the lump is. Genuinely silly fast, makes the blade feel like a 600 in the midrange. He he!
Unchanged at mo mate, waiting for a mate to CNC a lower shock mount for the WP4618. Its for the '09(the one I have) so need it 6mm longer than the '07 WP. I'll fit the forks & yokes when thats done. Hows about yours?
