    I could be in Liverpool / chester / brum area in 3 / 3.5 hrs on a fri after work for a fresh start on a Saturday and heading back down through Wales ;)

    My feeling is that we have a taster run to Wales and then if need be a stop over later on .The reason i say this is (1) to get digs and safe parking for over twelve dudes will be pushing it (2) There will be massive issues getting all to agree then collecting funds as some will drop in and out .(3) It took nearly a month to get together just to ride about in the rain. So i propose a meet up At the Raven Cafe Whitchurch 29th July and leadership by either a local or Gaz so Comments plz.

    People will always drop out or can't make it... My experience is to select a date say 6 weeks in advance, and stick to it, who can make it great, who can't there is always next time...

    As for collecting funds etc, maybe just select a meet on day 1 and peeps can sort a pre stop over if required and one on the day of the run, travel lodge is good as can just book a room yourself etc and your not waiting on money to book anything?

    All depends on route etc...

    And I'm posh camping in August.

    Giv I'm on days on the 29th.
    I agree for an overnight it's difficult to arrange, best stick with a day trip for now, see how it goes how many turn up etc. then if anyone wants to do a weekend at a later date? Put their money where there mouth is. Cash up front. ;)
