    Sorry lads been busy up the pub last couple days with the boys ;)

    All good, little sore but resting up.

    Think ill chill and watch the golf tomorrow along with the gp :)

    Not too bad tbh, was in a bad way Thursday but nothing a bit of morphine didn't sort out ;) overdone it at work so just need to give it some rest!!

    Fed up with the cast already...... Going to be a long six weeks :(
