    When I ring them and they ask for my username I keep having visions of them rolling around, sniggering with their hand over the mouthpiece, or sticking me on loudspeaker so everyone in the office can hear. At this rate i'm gonna have to change my username, or maybe I'll just phone up and tell them my username is SimonRR :D
