    Some people definetely didn't make it out alive of some of those accidents.

    Watcing stuff like that always slows me down for a bit.

    But what amazes me most is the number of people that stand up afterwards and start blaming the driver... when it was them riding like nutters. I know there is the typical SMIDSY type accidents, but the majority are just going to fast for the time and place / not paying attention.

    If you are doing a ton+, the onus is on the rider to predict every possible consideration on the road ahead, a driver is never going to see you coming at that speed, and why should they have to consider that you may be doing.

    Good video for improving your hazard perception though... for non commuter riders, cars popping out between other cars in a queue from a side road is rarely thought about I bet.
