Friggin' ebay

What is your biggest bike sales site in Britain? This? https://www.autotrader.co.uk/

 

I tend to scan ebay more than Auto Trader. It could be a close call though.I have bought bikes off both, but in all cases would ensure I have good communication with seller before making any sort of commitment. Without having a basis for saying this, I feel that ebay, by its very nature and ease of registration, might attract more scammers than Auto Trader.

 

When I enter the autotrader and to start searching I am asked to enter postcode.
What should I write in this line so that I can search all of Britain and not in certain areas?

 

Dem, just use the postcode for Buckingham Palace. That will earn you the utmost respect as a purchaser: SW1A 1AA

Make sure you leave the distance as 'national'.
