    If possible could you get some better pictures of the sprocket cover?
    I don’t think I would trust myself to do it though.
    Also, being that exposed would it still pass an MOT and be considered safe?

    Mine passes without one. Maybes it's that thing where they cant fail you if it's not there? Or they didnt look o_O

    This is the best pic I could find for the 07. Again this is your oem part that you modify and recoat not aftermarket. Most people don't want to mess with it I presume because of the slave cylinder on top.

    If my chain was as lickable at that, then I'd have my sprocket visible on my bike no probs!

    I need my chain as hidden as possible.
