was quite a bit coming out on both joints gonna tighten them again tomo as far as the engine feels like its hunting if that makes sense could this be a pressure problem usually when i start it goes to 2000 revs then drops to 1500. With this it struggling to reach 1000 and even cut out on one attemp is this easy to sort out?

No didn't have that issue on mine, one reason I got the scorpion is because apparently didnt need a set up.
Have you def fitted the link pipe on properly?
Maybe you knocked the idle adjuster while your hands were fighting with those cables?

will check through it again tomo made sure the pipe went to the bottom at both ends before tighten them up but if the clip weren tight enough it could be that

Yea worth a go, I can't see it making that much of an issue tho. I'm sure you will work it out.
Unless has it had anything else done air filters etc

I'm not sure mate as my Scorpion went on with no issues, I just done the flapper mod as that is supposed to smooth things out a bit and very simple to do.
I dont think a dyno set up is too bad price wise best putting up
a post as loads of people on hear swear by them
