Im a PS3 man myself and am currently loving sbk, assassins creed brotherhood (too many games too few time), reckoning etc but to be honest ive got distracted by someone giving me a copy of Guild wars 2, its really good much to my surprise
I loved Deus Ex HR. Borderlands is more about shooting, although stealth/hiding can be used to good effect too.
Maybe I'll count what's left of my birthday money for B2 then. Nothing sets me up for the weekend quite like "more about shooting" in a game.
im going to have to get it, is it worth getting part one or just jump to part two? is dues ex all about stealth through the game?
I've just swapped Modern Warfare 3, which I already had, but my beloved still bought me for my BJ day automatically without checking, for MOH Warfighter. Guns enough for tonight. But thanks for the heads up on borderlands JM1, Christmas is coming after all.
Just go straight for Borderlands 2, 1 is not as good. Deus Ex HR is pretty much the same tactics all the way through.

Amazon are best as far as I'm concerned and you often the cheapest and often get them a day or two early and I've pre ordered from them for the PS3.
I normally get it from Game - but they have been hammered for sending out early and I got it on day of release last year. An online company called Base supposedly send it out early.
Have a look in the Gamer's thread Moviestar, see if anybody in there has got any ideas. I'll definitely be getting it but will probably wait until the "what can I get you for Christmas?" whining starts. Then I'll probably order it from Play. They will usually get it to you on the launch date and often do pre order deals too.

Halo is the only game I would get an XBox again for. I binned my first & second one because they kept breaking and both had been repaired numerous times, hence I've got a PS3 now which I've never had a problem with and the on-line gaming is free.
There's a brand new 360 sitting under the telly, just ticking over, waiting for the chief to come out of cryo sleep.
cant wait for the new halo, IcarusGreen did you not get them repaired under warranty? thats what I did after a RROD,after repair it never happened again.
