The first one I paid for twice as it was before Microsoft admitted a problem and then once after by warranty. The second went back once for warranty repair and then failed with a different fault (not the red ring of death) out of warranty so all went on Fle-bay and PS3 was bought. Never had an issue with the PS3.
PS3 have had their issues but I'm on my original that I had before they officially came out , saying that it's not only used 99% of the time as a blu ray player I also had the ring of death with my first box before they extended the Warranty. second one failed in the warranty but since I got my 3rd alls goes well
My first one failed. I replaced it immediately, then somebody told me about Microsoft extending warranties for RROD failures, so I sent it off for repair and suffered having an xbox at either end of the house. Then the other one RROD'd, so that went off under the amnesty warranty. Then the first one failed again, this time out of warranty and the second one started to sound somewhat asthmatic so Jeanette saw it as a get out of jail free card when it came to actually having to put some imagination into a birthday present. Any potential calamities I need to watch out for with the new ones?
nope have mine on all the time and not one issue, nice and quiet too. oh and they still have a 3 year warranty on all microsoft products so you know you have backup.oh and on that note I just recieved a new microsoft mouse from america.phoned them to say mine had failed(after 2 years), no receipt...no problem sir just give us the product code on the bottom and a new one will be sent.thats what you call good customer service.
Just ran the car chase level in MOH Warfighter. That was a hoot. The realism is a step up. You cannot see where the incoming is coming from without the muzzle flash and the sniper round dismemberment is straight out of the Canadian sniper footage in Afghanistan that was all over the net a couple of years ago.
Still playing COD MW3 now upto prestige 11 on ps3 god will this game ever end.getting black ops 2 on Tuesday also playing little big plant on ps vita User name Robrossi46
I was a little disappointed with black ops 2 story wise,seemed more effort was put into making it a great online multiplayer than the story and action. I picked up halo 4 last night so you can guess what Im doing tonight........ drinking beer and playing fallout new vegas :s cant leave a game partially completed lol.
I've never played single player only played online! Not that I'm any good Prestige 3 times. On PS3 Not sure if I've said before tag is WorksS25
