He didn't say much in his post above but yeah he has had a nasty little off. He was out quite local to his home on Saturday when the back end of his bike stepped out on gravel/dust and he's rolled of the throttle causing a high side which flicked him toward a ditch. He dislocated his left leg at the hip, broke both bones in his lower right leg (through the skin) and broke three ribs which punctured a lung so as you can imagine he's pretty beaten up, but in surprisingly good spirits. Anyway I'm sure he will be back online soon, maybe better internet connection when he's in stoke hospital on Wednesday. Get well soon Rich. Andy B

Get well soon man.. a few years ago I smashed my heal and thought it was the end of the world.. keep your chin up and believe me, you will get back to normal-ish eventually. Stay positive
