That didn't sound fun at all bikes can be fixed, so get yourself well soon mate and don't worry about the bike, although I would be the same

Bloody hell Rich That must have been shortly after I saw you heading east on the A5 at maerdy on Sunday early evening. Thinking of ya hope you heel well. Just goes to show, shit can happen even to the best of riders Rich is a very quick skilled and smooth rider on the track and very sensible and experienced on the road.
Wishing you a speedy recovery there. Spirits up and take each day as it comes. Tomorrow's are real important. X
Real shit to hear about the bike mate, that Gravel is a real bastard, you can feel the bike gliding on the surface. Makes my starfish clench like a bastard, so paranoid its going sideways. the important bit is your technically ok, all be it for some NHS fix ups. Stay chirpy matey
Speedy recovery mate. Sounds bad, but these things can often be much worse As Simon said about magazines, I have a pile that are due to be binned, but can send them on if any use.
Been to see Rich tonight at the hospital he's up and walking on crutches, did about 200 painfull yards. Busted leg is starting to heal (mostly due to the titanium go faster mods bolted to the side. Think that his ribs are the most painfull thing at the mo.........anyway his spirits are good just hoping that he can get the bike fixed up rather than it being wrote off.
