Steve, really sorry Lambchops and me had it in our heads to meet at 9 30 at whiteways! you left as we came along! we turned around but couldn't catch you, not sure which way you went. Did see your bike at Goodwood but not you! Next time I should really read the thread and note the time.............
That was a shame womble, I was behind Steve as we pulled out, I think I saw you both as you approached the roundabout in the opposite direction but obviously didn't know it was you or I'd have slowed us down to wait. Typical isn't it, Steve kept saying let's hang on I case folk thought it was 9.30 and then we missed you by 30 seconds. Never mind, next time. Some good stuff at Goodwood, didn't have my camera, but loads of stuff that bought back memories of my early 20's. Great to meet you Steve and Tash, look forward to doing it again, and next time perhaps go a bit slower so our friends can catch us up.
LOL yeah sorry guys was my fault told Womble it was 9:30 Lots of modern stuff at Goodwood not quite the same as last time, had great fun racing a noble on the way down and ive just checked my footage and the battery ran out and I missed it all booooo
Yes did see a blade in a group coming in as we went! Think it was one those days where we won't suppose to meet!
It's like herding cats - haha! never mind there will be other times as soon as I sort my bike out........ Going from Goodwood to Loomies I took a bend and ended up on a band of damp leaves and my front wheel went. Nightmare and the bike looks poorly. I had an afternoon in hospital having my ankle x-rayed and Tash is still there with 2 cracked ribs and concussion. I am gutted on every level!
