Well pit pass has been laminated and bike washed ready to go! Am hoping that with Blackness fisting virgins, hagglers clan doing the sun dance and the Womble having a hot line with God's customer service team the weather might just play ball!
such a pain isn't it! Ive gotta leave around 4.45am to get to this in time...it would of been so nice on a sunny day, but the thought of of god early morning then getting cold a wet is a wee bit frustrating....Ill watch the weather forecasts and keep my fingers crossed!
Just to do my bit. Every time I wash my bike to go somewhere it rains so I have decided im not washing it today so it should be good weather tomorrow. The plus side is a trip out the down side is I will have a dirty Repsol

Right, after a bit more fisting i decided to go out and spend a couple of hours re-polishing my already polished bike... After getting her outside and layering up the wax in total denial of the possibilities that i might not be going anywhere tomorrow, it of course started spitting... Ordinarily id be really pissed off as I'm scrambling to get her back into the shelter, but I'm happy in the thought that if it brings the wet stuff early enough, it may sort itself out by the morning ! Im sticking with the plan to get an early night, get up at 0500 and reevaluate if I'm getting that boat at 0600 Mcdonalds it is !! (hopefully)
don't matter if mine is clean or mucky looks like If I can convince myself to get up at 4.20am then I'm gonna get wet and mucky on the way. I was so looking forward to this and now I find myself considering if its worth it. Id settle for dry weather Grrrr!
Looks like will defo be some rain overnight but hopefully will be gone by morning! if its wet i will prob give it a miss but will be fuming allllll day!!
I think we should come up with a "Plan B" seeing we've been planning this gathering for ages ! Last Sunday i was suppose to meet up with Lamby Womble and SPS at about 0900 and it was shitty so we cancelled... By 11 it was nice and the roads were dry !! I vote that we have a look at what its like at 0 stupid o'clock, and if its crap, then lets plan for maybe a 1100 rethink and then meet somewhere for a blast to looms or bury hill ?! How does that sound ??

I haven't cleaned the bike but am desperate to go to Goodwood so I'm going for it. Will keep checking on here for meeting point through the morning and day. At least I've got waterproof boots to collect the rain from the rest of my unwaterproof gear!
Pretty sure it's going to be pants, and whilst the weather doesn't bother me, I'm not really feeling the love on a 5am start in pissing down rain for a 2.5hr ride.... For that reason in out boys. Gutted tbh but I'll be up for going on the next one. Have fun guys if you do manage to get there and fingers crossed for ya
