We went to Applecross last year during the Scotland Tour, but unfortunately the cloud cover was a bit low and we didn't get a chance to see it in its full glory. 1 of the most stunning places I have been to still is the loop around Skye. I try to go at least once a year for a long weekend away. The best way up there has to be hugging the west coast from Invarary to Fort William and then the supersonic highway to Kyle of Lochalsh.
I forgot to mention the first sounds both my children made when they 'popped out'. Now that is a sound that you will never forget.
You need to do kyle of lochalsh to invergarry. Theres a right turn and ivergarry is sign posted 17 miles. If youve never got your knee down, this is where it will happen

With turbojets it's a lot more common to see the combustion chamber plumes than on more modern fan engines, Nuts. (Pulling my zip right up to the snorkel now, David).
Sat at the side of the road whilst a Squadron of Challenger 1s start up and bug out to engage the Orange Hordes driving straight past us. The noise was so intense you feel it in your bones, may help explain my dodgy hearing as well.
I forgot, but you just reminded me. The first time you see a top fuel drag car at santapod!! Can feel it right through you, burns your eyes and scares the shit out of you! Lol
I think that's almost a guaranteed, no point having them otherwise. Preaching amuses me... Speeding is speeding. I sold my last Fireblade after an incident involving 6th gear and the bike running out of numbers on the speedo, yet the bike was still pulling hard... Strange blissful moment.
