well lets just hope we get them early next week Jonny did say he was sending most of them out last week. I have next week off to, and I was going to get my bike mapped as well, really expected the filter to be here by now. We could do with an update if possible ?
No and to be honest i am now getting a bit bored with the lack of communication .Its a simple issue of Have you got them (Yes) Have you sent them out (yes) Thanks Jonny end of. Hi Guys, Not sure whats the problem. Anyone that has contacted me has had a response also instantly. I haven't been online in a few days as I've been away since Thursday. We've been racing with our Irish Supersport team and now I'm away on business until Wednesday. So had practically no internet access. Just logged on after getting an email, so may I apologise but unforunately their isn't a lot I've been able to do, as we had no wifi connection. Again their's been no-one at the shop since Thursday, we where open again today though. So that'd explain if you couldn't get an answer on the ladnline. We're open 10am - 6pm daily, and phones are always answered. Although sometimes we can be very busy and it takes a few rings for it to be answered. Also my own direct mobile number is readily available for anyone wanting to contact me directly. All filters except two (the late additions) have definately been dispatched. They where sent via Parcelforce, I made sure that the guys in dispatch put them priority. Also as everyone who took part in the group buy is aware, the Pipercross filters are all made to order, as such there is a leadtime which is normally around 14 working days. Everyone was made aware of this and happy to proceed. We carry quite a large stock of products, infact it's something we pride ourselves on. Thats our stock levels and fast delivery, but when your looking at large numbers of the same filters, we wouldn't generally have those sorts of quantities (11) of one particular model application instock at anyone time. Don't know anyone that would. Normally we can get hold of products same day or next day but with the Pipercross stuff being made to order to ensure that it's super fresh and the best for your motorcycle, there isn't much we can do, except advise as we did. Like I said they all (except 2) have definately been sent. I'll try and get hold of the Parcelforce tracking information for each parcel tomorrow, although I've quite a few meetings on. So it may not be until late. Although I'd have thought that they should have been deliveried by now, as I asked the guys to get them posted out last week. Apologies if anyone thinks that I've been unresponsive, but all my contact information is there and readily available. Unforunately I can't be online 24/7 and we have had a mental few days with the last race meeting of the season and trying to get everything caught up. I wasn't aware of a 14 day wait mate , As long as it is on route thats fine . I think people just wanted an update and got a bit worried when you didn't seem to be around . Tracking numbers would be awesome but id guess they will be with us by the time you get hold of them Cheers

Didn't get tracking numbers today was too late when I got out of meeting guys had went home. I asked the guys in dispatch to send the filters out on Wednesday, so if they had been sent I'd imagine that they'd have been delivered as Parcelforce is a 48 hour service. The only alternative is that they didn't get them packed on time on Wednesday and the filters sat until Monday and went. I didn't see what went on Monday though so can't comment. I'm back in the office 10am tomorrow so will be able to comment better then. P.S. note of delivery time was made in all PM's when payments sent. Unforunately it's noting to do with us but rather how Pipercross work. Cheers JA
