Heated grips?

    One issue I have with the datatools is that I keep catching the main beam switch.

    How easy are these heated grips to fit ?

    The hardest thing is getting the old ones off and lifting the tank cover and seat off to wire them in!

    If you need to get your grips off,take your WD40 with the straw attached, squirt it inside the grip then get a long thing screw driver and wind it around the bars to free the grip. Some people don't like to use the grip glue and tend to use a good squirt of hairspray which dries sticky and makes it easier to get them off next time.

    I've the Honda heated grips on mine. Really neat and tidy kit and nice and toasty. The highest setting is actually too warm ! However I can't comment on the ease of fitting as my dealer did the fitting whilst in for a service. I would highly recommend :)

    My Datatool ones still working great no issues at all highly recommended
