Funny this post should appear because today was the 1st proper ride i have had on the blade for a few months and mine was doing the same, the gf was on the back and complained of exactly the same thing.

i did wonder if it was because i was wearing quite a loose Alpinestars overjacket over my one one piece leathers which was flapping around a bit.

I get vibrating shoulders at high speed with textile jacket on but not with leathers. On mine it is better now I have a higher screen, but still get it a bit at high speed. I have noticed over the years that wind direction can play a part with airflow and vibration. Also a bit different sometimes if helmet vents are open or closed.

If I tuck in then no probs at any speed, but of course that is not too comfy, necessary if I want to be particularly quick though.:)

Found the source of the problem. Just nipped out for a quick 30 minute ride to see if I could work out the source of the problem.

Wore exactly the same kit, minus my fleece, and hey presto, no weird vibrating helmet.

    Who would have thought it!
