In order to get this post moving we need to have a true picture of what’s going on. There are plenty of knowledgeable people here that are prepared to help out but with the information we have, it’s difficult to know where to start. Sometimes professional help is the only real option when we run out of talent but that’s not to say seeking advice here firstly is wrong. Nobody knows everything and we all benefit from the knowledge and advice you can gain from here, but you must help us in order to help you. My initial thoughts to your posts where that If your bike was running prior to any work undertaken then you must go over your work to see if you have missed something. Your posts left me confused as to what and when you did this or that. You will need to give us decent feedback on results from suggested causes of why she won’t start, such as “do you have a spark ?”... “ have you tested the kill switch ?” etc. This will not fix itself unfortunately so your going to have to do some work. So..... a clear description of what happened initially and some examples of what you’ve checked is important. You can also attach pictures so we can actually see what you have in front of you. Chin up !
So, what did i do with this bike when i tear it down, first i did was adjust valve, new spark plugs, clean all wires, connect cleaning and spraying with spec silikone, then put it all togeder, Today done, check all fuse, all good, agen restick wire connectors, still nothing PS. is there any relay for sparplugs? or its the same with gas pump relay?
https://youtube.com/shorts/E0-BCMSjzhw?feature=share fuel pump works with killswich so finding future where is my voltage
Does the starter motor turn over on the button? What is the temporary feed from the battery going to in the video?
Yes starter works well without problem, at that moment battery got 12.6 V, does it matter how much is it? there need to be anyway electricity in the wires, isnt it?
So the temporary wire is to a voltmeter? Did you manage to try an old plug to see if there is a spark or not?
not tried yet, i think i need in blk/wht wire 12v to try find spark right? ps. witch one is temporary?
I’m not an auto electrician just asking questions that others (who know more) may find the answers useful. The temporary wire is at the start of the video connected to the positive on the battery and appears to go under the tank
Remove a coil pack, and then connect a spark plug to it. Make sure the body of the plug is touching the engine so it has a ground. Now.. crank the engine, and look to see if there is a spark. If yes, we can move forward. If no spark, then we need to diagnose this. Hope that helps. Here is a picture:
Glad your sorted. Well done. Perseverance is key. I should know, I’m married. Just for reference, the electrical diagram you imaged is for the US version.
