So as you are much smarter man about this all, one more Q, now when i start engine its start harder, can it be from that i lost clutch sensor so now im starting it without it, before when i tear it down i got it installed.
ALSO got some motor ticking sound, can hear very good about 2-2,5k rpm any thoughts?

I’m not smart at all - I don’t understand what you mean for harder start - sounds like we need another video.
Try to get the rattle on the video too but the camchain/tensioner are going to be prime suspects at a guess.
What mileage has the bike done?

Sounds like you need to check the timing.

Align the crank to TDC, and then check the cams are in the right position.

Looks and sounds well in need of attention mate. Don't think anyone will tell you over the Internet what that is for certain.

i mean i have paranoja with this knocking sound, last what i got is chain wear, when i take pic for camshafts i think motor chain is little bit worn, because it dont fit perfect with all marks for camshaft vs clutch cover T mark

Start with that then mate. New cam chain, new tensioner and re-check valve clearances.

the ticking comes from the camshaft sensor, remove it, take a look at the tip. If you find drag marks on the tip, you know where they came from.

Just use 2 washers to give it more Space.
Let me know if you find something ✌️
