help !!

    Well the worrying thing with that is that with front brake on the forks will compress, so it could be as you first suggested and be a problem with the fork leg, best getting to someone who knows what they are doing to give it the once over mate

    Could it be one of the pads squealing against a piston, and the running wide / pushing front was because of front tyre contamination and everything has manifest as one due to paranoia, since your leathers are white? :D

    i will get the guy who set my suspension up to have a look at it as he knows his stuff, better safe than sorry

    nah blaggs i really dont think its the pad as the sound just isnt right, you will be able to hear it next sunday as i doubt i will have any free time to get it fixed untill then because of work, sure it will be fine though as it doesnt sound serious its just bugging me that its there and your right the next time i go out i will over exagerate anything that doesnt feel right

    I suppose it could be someting to do with the anti-squeel plates on a brake pad; certainly worth a look & a chance to clean them.

    Have you been increasing pre-load on the front?

    I ask because as I understand it, this just compresses the top out spring in the bottom of the fork leg in the area you described. It could also contribute to the feeling of understeer.

    I had the suspension set up about 2 months ago by "reactive suspension" so it will have been played with. maybe a little adjustment is needed
