Hi there, tail tidy look really good. Got myself a new blade last week and thought about one but reckoned panniers would bash against the indicators. Having fitted one,do you think this would be the case?

Hi, I think it would be a tight fit but the r+g is very sturdy and indicators are held in place very well, so I don't think it would be a problem, cheers

But if your thinking of using large panniers I think the indicators would get in the way i'll measure distance tomorrow and let you know

Cheers, the other option i have is to fit the tail tidy and change it back to original when i go away, usually only twice a year.
Is it a long job and easily reversible? When i fitted powerbronze one to my 600RR i had to cut cables so it was more of a permanent mod.

Only 18cm from front of back seat to indicators so think panniers wouldn't work unless you used micro indicators? I put on an evotech tail tidy on another bike in the past and found it quite hard and awkward but the r+g was easy and no cable cutting, so it should be fine to remove and put back original- 1 hour tops

Thanks, will go with that option since no cutting involved.
