    Hi Coda

That’s an old pic. So I can’t be specific about that incident. The brakes usually did bite on a second pull. Standard tyre sizes and pressures.

Just had a horrible flashback, though it happened to me whilst riding at about 45-50 rather than stopped.

Understandable, especially with so many people saying they had issues on this and other forums... I don't know if anyone has ever got to the bottom of it, pinned it down, but some folks who've owned the bikes for a long time have said they've never had a problem or have 'not has a problem since I did _x_'.
The first time I see the issue, if I don't know why it happened, I will be stripping it out.

Good luck with that, as Honda didn’t recognise it as an issue at all

I couldn't ride a bike that did that, I'm glad mine isn't an abs model, although I feel if I had abs that worked properly I probably wouldn't have written off my last one

I'd definitely be selling it straight away..so many of these bikes on the road, surely the percentage of problems is very small

Only covered my 20 mile ride home so.can give any real valid review.please remember I've jumped from the 600 suzuki to this, but I can ho entry.say I'm blown away,it's.everyfhing I hoped it would be,seems stupidly good at cornering, without any proper cornering if they makes sense.the brakes are crazy powerful, which as good as that is its also slightly worrying I'll over react and put myself over the top lol, they really are that strong.the power is another level which was expected and that's again without really giving it too much, just the torque difference..
I'm stuck getting car mot out of town so I'll stick some pics up later...I know they all look the same but I'm all very childlike with it

I'd like to see some photos for sure. Although they are 'all the same' they really aren't unless its had nothing at all done to it :)
Mines about as bog-standard as can be, but missing rear footrests and has the SP rear seat cover.

It really is immaculate, originally bought local,2 owners and both kept service at honda...not a single mark on it,wheels perfect, exhaust like new, swing arm spotless....I'm very happy but will take a little time getting used to it
