I've always loved the concept of the MSX125/Grom. They look like cracking fun. A mate went out and bought a 13 plate one and my beliefs were confirmed. I had a go on it and my god it was a blast. Was only on it for 5 minutes but you definitely get bang for your buck! As others have said, the OEM wheels are terrible in the wet. Cheap enough to replace given the size so worth doing if you're getting one. And the availability for aftermarket parts is mega, loads of little trick bits available for them including twin carbon exhausts. I would get one but I'm in the process of spending just as much almost on aftermarket parts for my Fireblade instead, plus a wedding to save for and potential house purchase. They are highly sought after by thieves though so keep an eye on it. My friend had his less than a week before someone made an attempt at it with an angle grinder. Damaged front fork and broken mudguard but the parts are cheap so he's not too out of pocket. Enjoy it if you get one mate!
Just come back from Reading way aswell. I think my nearest Honda dealer is Nottingham. I'll go up on Saturday.
I still haven't had a chance to ride one yet! I emailed Honda Nottingham but I never heard anything from them. I've got this Saturday of work so will drive up there.
