That's smashing, Rob. Is that a tank cover or a full size tank, please?

    Ahoy Rob!

Where does a man go to get a tank cover of that size and shape, please?

    Thank you.

I got a bike painted by Spray Bay in the John McG colours and the result was amazing. The colours aren't just close they are the true colours used. The graphics are spot on and the gold lines are actually vinyl but they sink it down to the same level as the paint. Very clever. Get the sub frame painted as well and it's a perfect paint job. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Sorry! Didn't look hard enough. Ten Kate do them for a reasonable enough price, it seems.

Wow that is nice...... not as nice as an OEM Repsol .... but very very close. Defo on the ventura shield though.

Photo was actually taken before I took the subframe back to them to be painted. In the next few months this bike will be featured in the centrefold of Fast Bike magazine. It's had quite a bit more done to it now, the whole front end is different and pretty trick. It's also been going very quickly around some European tracks lately. Although the paint is beautiful a few stone chips have appeared so I would also think that Venture Shield would be a good idea.

I also got a GSXR 750 K6 painted up by Spray Bay and although completely different design the quality of workmanship was again stunning.

Fucking hell, i nearly soiled my self!! Blade looks super stunning and love scheme on the Gixxer.

By coinsidence, i was working in Killingholme today so pooped in to see Mick at Spraybay, i wasn't aware but they are contracted by Honda Racing and actually designed this scheme and make all the graphics in house, only they know the exact colour codes so all other replicas are copies of their design.
Any way, whilst there, who calls in at Spraybay this aft but frikkin John McGuinness!, picking up his kids trial bike lol!!
That was me sold, booked, getting painted, ill get some pics on here when its transformed, if it looks half as good as yours ill be chuffed as a p##f with 2 arses.
(He convinced me to go for the subframe paint which i think finishes it off nice!)

Excellent, I'm sure you'll be well happy with Spray Bays work. Interestingly the Gixxer paintwork was held up by weeks because while it was in the queue for it's Gulf paintwork some little race team decided to change sponsor and go from black to blue. They had to paint and sticker 2 trucks, at least 8 sets of bodywork (more throughout the year), all the pit garage stuff and a load of other stuff. And that Samsung blue is not an easy colour to lay down, it needs about 4 coats to get right apparently. And of course Spray Bay keep all that close to their chests so only they can really do a true replica. Blimey, I should be on commission!

    Here's another picture...

Spraybay will charge around £750 for a paintjob like the TT Legends replica, includes all the stickers etc.
