How many miles do you normally see before the reserve light comes on?

If it drops then I think that is due to enjoying the sound of the exhaust and holding gears longer :D

I get 130 / 135 before the light comes on.
Seem to get more mpg and runs smoother on super unleaded from main suppliers
    no supermarket crap

Not sure what models you guys are riding, but my RR7 does around 120-130, depending how I ride. When running it in I actually managed 140 then went on to 160, not sure how low it was by then but I got a little twitchy so decided to pull in and fill up, at least I know that if ridden carefully I can get at least 20 miles on reserve.

I tend to use Super unleaded, I also fill up sat on the bike, as I believe you get a lot less in the tank when it is lent over on the stand!, although some petrol stations insist that you get off the bike.

Since I got the blade apart from a really slow ride out with my mates and his dad, I've never got more than 100 miles till the light from full. But I ride it like a 600 so probably use more fuel.

I typically get about 155 miles to the light, tahts with air filter, yoshi can and custom maps.

Best i have had before the light was 196 and that was riding like a saint everywhere.
When the bike starts flashing up the 0.x numbers it means how many gallons or litres you have left of your reserve. I think the book says that will go up to 3.5 litres before you should really really fill up. so if you are in miles mode that means when it gets to 0.7/0.8 then you are pushing your luck.

Went out for a run yesterday, it's got 132 miles since filling up and still no light on. Riding quite sensibly.

58 blade arrow gp2 can and pc5, on Vpower 99, not recorded the miles but get 50.5 mpg on a long ride doing 60-90 on all types of road.
Snowdonia 'proper riding' in the dry 41-42 mpg .......so pretty damn good bang for you buck I reckon compaired with its contemparies.

I have to admit that I was quite suprised when I read some replies... Ok..I have to admit that I don't know much about economical riding...but how the %£uck u can manage do over 120 miles before reserve light go on ?!not being funny but that make me think how do u ride ur blade ?
When I'm going for a spin on my 07 blade I can manage about 90 miles...when I have stady ride about 110 and I push my luck then....

Yup I'm with you Dee .... Riding in a spirited fashion through Kents lanes the light is usually on by 110
My worst ( best! ) was below 100 but my licence wouldn't last long if I did that all the time :)

But here's another thought for you guys
I have a speedo healer fitted and on the last dyno run the difference between my speedo and the dyno was 1 mph @ 100 mph
My mate I ride with has an R1 (standard) and when I fill up at 110 his speedo reads 128
    Food for thought ehh
