Yes I have heard that, thanks, and it’s a shame they cancel your warranty if you’ve mapped it. Maybe I’ll strike it off the list for that.

Get a Tuono. Best bike I have ever owned. If you're near Scotland you can have a go on mine lol

Well.. that caught me off guard! Not what I was expecting.

Very cool, and Triumph quality is amazing.

    How you finding it?

What was the decision making process then? How did it win out over the Speed Twin?

If I hadn’t still got a sports bike I wouldn’t have considered this at all.

I spent ages test riding stuff, kwak z900rs, trumpet 765rs, Yamaha xsr900, but the speed twin wasn’t available for testing anywhere near me. Out of the three previous bikes the kwak was the least comfy, the trumpet the most comfy (but buzzy) and so it was almost going to be the Yamaha. But I saw the scrambler 900 which had the retro vibes I was interested in, so I was pulled towards that. 5 minutes before I got to the store to put a deposit on the one I had sat on, another gent bought it  As I was considering the 1200 also, and they had it in stock I decided it was gonna be the one. Same engine as the speed twin, plus Öhlins and Showa, and same riding position and cool factor as the kwak z900rs. Plus I can off-road it in my dreams. :D

Well we all have different opinions, I'll stick my neck out here and say to me it's an ugly bugger. But if you like it then that's all that matters. I hope you get to enjoy it too.

That’s ok. I’m a believer in free speech. Even if you’re wrong. :D

Great 21 front, you will notice the absence of potholes. Don't forget to heat wrap your leg!

Horses for courses, I like them in the flesh but not in pics o_O

Hope you enjoy it, different bikes make the world a better place. Except HDs and GS' though :p

Yes it’s an odd bike this one in that they don’t photograph well for some reason
