    cheers im getting there now just have to put a bit of effort in and remove the skirt before leaving the pits , the bike is totally stripped at the min getting a overhaul and freshen up

    Leave the skirt on apparently you have the legs for it fella lol

    How often does the bike need a refresh with the amount of track time you put in ? also thinking of going down the trackday route so interested in the costs involved if I buy a half decent bike ?

    really only once a year but , it seams the ready to race bike i brought was far from ready , needed wheel bearings , headstock bearings will do swingarm at the same time , needed pads , fuel pump re sealed , brake fluids , wiring a going over so thought i may as well go the hole hog and get the engine checked as well , so it left today for the UK to get a full check over .

    really when you add up the time you get on track its not a huge amount of hours or miles go onto it , biggest expense by far is tires . the sepang days i do we get 8 x 20 min sessions tires are toast after about 4-5 sessions but i run them for the hole time , i do oil and filters after every weekend {8 session} at sepang next would be fuel ill use at least 40 liters
