Find yourself some nice radius bends left and right with good sightlines, talk yourself through them, pay attention to your upper body position, relax and keep breathing, if you are jabbering to yourself non stop then you ain't holding your breath, you are breathing, you will be less rigid in your arms and upper body. Just run at the bends at a speed you can take them without braking, get your gears right so you can drive through the bend in one gear, then just start building speed until you feel comfortable, dont try and hang off like a track god, just get the body position right and then try to forgot about thinking about it and enjoy your riding.
