it's only 175£ per person per week if 10 people can fill the place up per week, so 20 people would be needed
this would be our eurotour as were from belgium so I wouldn't care if I spend 1500£ in a week on holidays, as long as it doesn't rain all week
Exactly what my thoughts were. 1st group pays £175 each for the week. Second group pays £175 each for the following week. That works out at £25 per night per person. Seriously good value for money. Also even if that falls through, even at £350 each to hire it out for the week is still cheap if it has to lay empty for the following week. Which I seriously doubt would happen
