I was considering a alcantara retrim on my seat in the summer there. spoke with a company up near me called transcal. Automotive Leather Seating & Interior Specialists | Transcal

Chap i spoke with could retrim my seat in whatever material i wished and would also supply a elasticated waterproof cover for the seat. Used for when leaving bike out or when washing it. I think i might go speak to them again and get it done now. Im sure having a sticky alcantara seat would be nice when riding!!

Got my Brand new, unused seat off ebay today for £4.99, so going to retrim it on Monday. I'll post pics when its done!

fooked it up! well, the stitching anyway! Otherwise not bad.


Going for Alcantara with carbon leather sides, a bit of red stitching between the alacantara and leather, and a 1000rr logo in gold and red on the back.

Should get it back this week. pics when done.

 

Si are you still making it yourself or have you farmed the job out.

The design sounds stunning mate.
