I know what you're sayin but dont give up. I'd imagine trackdays are great for going flat out without the worries of losing your licence but going for a ride with mates or family,taking in some great roads and scenery,a coffee or lunch,is part of what biking is all about,to me anyway You're way too young to be hanging up those road leathers. Thankfully the police are pretty good up here,the few times I've been pulled,they seem more interested in passing on the message about road safety than they were in my dark visor and small plate.
remind me not to take my bike over there, seems they are going all out to try and hand out tickets.the BS stamp on the can is a load of cr%p, my can does not have it and its road legal, in fact you will struggle to find one on any Italian bikes standard can.MOT tester told me the law is as long as it doesnt say not for road use on it then your good to go and it shouldn't be a ticket if you are caught with one but instead a rectification order.
