Rightly or wrongly in your opinion, it never pays to Piss off the MD at any point in time.

U won't be laughing if he 'engineers' you out of a job in the future?

I've seen a few peeps disappear from jobs due to Smart Arse remarks or moves over the years......

    Just sayin like! :)

Well I have a disciplinary hearing on Thursday, the reasons given are, "driving in a manner contrary to the site owners h+s rules & bringing the company name into disrepute"
Both of which are tenuous at best, so my union rep is attending with me.

    Oh!
    Not good then!

I suggest U practice ya remorceful face and eat humble pie.
Union Rep is there just to go through the motions in my experience, they have a job to keep also.

A disciplinary is the first stage down the road to dismissal!

    Good Luck! :)

Not a good thing to happen. Personally I don't think they have much to go on, but some bosses are megalomaniacs and don't need much to fly off the handle. Keep cool, record everything and hopefully the union rep will be one of the good ones who knows their job.
