Thanx Bryan,I,ve changed battery and the 30 fuse next to it,got nothing. Going to try and get to the main fuses now
I'm no good with electrics but someone will know the answer to this Could connecting the battery wrong like that melt a wire somewhere or is that what the fuses prevent
Unlikely to melt any wires. Have seen lots of battery terminals broken by it though. Need a wiring diagram really to see what is likely to blow but I would expect things like the ECU would have reverse protection via a diode.
Bryan,just wanted to say your a diamond geezer! Thank you..sincerely. All fixed,was the main fuse and a smaller 10 in fuse box,all others were fine. This is a brilliant site,I didn't even know about until yesterday. Rest assured i,ll be on regularly from here on. Thanks to all who helped out.
