Hi Moily, do like the look of these, and then i read you have only worn them twice... I was after a everyday use summer glove, though it must be easy to pop on and off - what are your thoughts on these? do they meet the requirements?
I've actually worn them a couple more times than that, thinking back, as had forgotten about trips to Silverstone and Goodwood FoS. I tend to do long miles when I do ride so although only worn a few times I have used them enough to be happy with my purchasing of them. I've not had them long enough to have any of the plastic bits fly off though, so will look forward to when that happens! As I said they're summer-only gloves and I've had to revert to my Astars and Held gloves when the temperature's less than toasty but if you're hunting around on B-roads and the like rather than doing motorway speeds then they should be ok in the shoulder seasons. As for 'easy to pop on/off', I'd say the Pod versions are a bit more fiddly than the full-cuff ones as the wires tend to get caught the wrong side of the shorter cuff edge and it can be a pain to have to pull it back out before tightening the control. The Handroid gloves do feel rock-solid when done up though, but if you're looking for ease of putting on/off then standard velcro is quicker/easier, imo.
