Yes, and in his bewildering confused message he has left open a loop hole for us all to enjoy! That's the green light I was waiting for. Fireblade will be out as soon as I can find a tyre fitter open for some new rubber. Unfortunately I'm back to work tomorrow...bloody typical.

So our reasons for being out are:-
1 Travelling to work as we can't work from home.
2 On the way to my daily exercise.
3 Off to one of the many shops or business that Boris has just told to open.
4 Off to play golf with a member of my household.

BTW if you take these seriously then FFS don't catch Corona and don't crash.

I am now going to use my bike to commute when I need to go on site, I can park it at work and avoid public car parks.

I am going to finish the 500 mile running in period in the hopes the workshop will open soon to service it

I am going to run it in whilst riding to a place of exercise. Fortunately where we live the countryside starts 500 yards down the road and half way round my ride I will get off for a walk and then carry on.

I will do these things in the good conscience that I have not taken the piss since lockdown started, unlike half the arseholes I see driving around on a regular basis. ;)

I've been tinkering with my little sailing canoe. Was showing it's age and in need of TLC. Amazing the difference a lick of paint makes.

Of course now I'm chomping at the bit to get out in it. The moment the lockdown's over I'll be hitting Loch Long for probably a week's worth of proper self isolation.

I think it’s this bit that gives the green light:

People may drive to outdoor open spaces irrespective of distance, so long as they respect social distancing guidance while they are there, because this does not involve contact with people outside your household.
