Yeah I think they're pretty decent though been moving more towards meguiars and even bilt hamber lately
I got some bilt hamber snow foam for the car recently, its magic that stuff! Dony I ow if I can use it on the bike though? Might be a bit much.
I've used the snow foam on bikes. It's a pre wash at the end of the day so wont do any harm. I've just come in after meguiars gold waxing my car. Will wax the missus car tomorrow. Did the bikes last week, nothing else I can do with them now until I can ride them again
Got to wash my underwear really well yesterday.... So I decided to dust off and take RS250RF NF5 chassis 88 0247 out for a thrashing. Let’s just say I really should have taken a good few more laps to recalibrate my mind from a 240hp 380lb 4 stroke to riding an 80hp 200lb 2 stroke. * The 250 requires commitment to corner speed rather than just scrub speed with engine braking. Maybe I am just getting old. But no excuses, I own this one and boy could the day have really ended differently.
Here's my effort. Been busy with the CB500 track bike since lockdown cancelled my first track day of the year. So I managed to get my wheels powder coated before the walls closed in, which gave me time to get the new tyres on and do a few other bits to the bike whilst stuck at home. Before Wheels collected and graphics going on. Fitted new Dunlops in the shed All back together. Not bad for a 20 year old bike. Also spent a bit on a whole new braking system. The bike came with road Brembo's which were shite. Fortunately there is a Nissin master cylinder and calliper that fit the bike and CBF600 floating wavy discs. I'm now hopefully gonna get some custom rear sets made up by @mk3golfcab which will make the bike ride better as the current ones are a bit of a bodge and bend under my weight.
I've progressed to sitting into the early hours watching youtube motorcycle crashes, police chases and the like. Life is getting SAD
Yeah still under warranty thankfully. I’ve changed it out anyway as don’t want any future issues! Mine was still sweet changing up with no issues, only the blipper downshifts stopped working. Too many moving parts with the OE load cell unit. The HM direct replacement is an easy install and plugs straight in the same place. Feels far more direct and has a real positive feel, down blips are more pronounced. Plus adjustable for sensitivity. Definitely worth doing.
Yeah but this is my 'normal' garage AFTER I pulled it all out , installed the shelving units and work bench. 3 days work and about 10 trips to the local tip. Still no radiators though ( you know who you are ). Hence my dismay when looking at some of the posh garages on here. I HAD to do it as I couldn't walk around my bikes there was that much crap built up around them. I was genuinely surprised at how big my garage became
Defo going a bit mad over here. Ordered a tray of succulents of all things. Also signed up for an artisan coffee delivery subscription And lastly, seen this whilst out walking which really annoyed me. Thinking of joining just so I can self identify as a woman and walk in waving a 20 note around.
You have got to ask why women only pay £20 well, places don't clean themselves, Tea does not make itself..
