Lost all faith in the NHS

    The way the NHS is governed means different geographic areas have different priorities, dependant on the population in that area. This may be why some of you have better or worse experiences than others.
    On the whole it is a good thing, though there are definatley areas for improvement.
    A&E costs 7 times more to run than admitted wards. You could half the amount of people going into A&E by having a better and more efficient 24/7 GP service and increasing the quality of GP's in general. This would save the NHS millions and alleviate some of the gripes that a lot of people have with the NHS.
    On the whole, once you are in, it is a very good service.
    I honestly think its a shake up of GP services that is needed and the Hospitals would fare much better

    Must agree and as i posted it's not just the NHS but the local GP's that are a big issue. as with my gran and the misdiagnosed with the problem of her hip
