I was meant to be doing one on Wednesday at Oulton but weathers been shite so moved it to May !! Doing a few myself this year so I'll look out for you on that Yam. .......I won't be in your group though!

Bikes all ready, just need to get some tyres. Training continues with weight loss in mind, jumped on the scales today and all looks good..

 

So true, Matt. Every kilo lost is worth double (approx) in performance and handling, plus you get the added benefit of increased cardio fitness.

 

The lad's so keen to lose weight he's prepared to have a stand up Poo while stood on the scales !! Looks like a 2 pounder that bastard
