IMHO mm had a massive hand in spoiling the best moto gp season to date because he had nothing to lose and through his own faults during the season nothing to win. Most people in sport "sledge" their opponents prior to an event which Rossi did in the press conference. Mm should have just got on with the racing instead of his poor excuses about cold tyres on bends having to go slow and rossi should have raced and hoped for dorna intervention if he thought he was being baulked
Only watched it last night & regardless of the politics of who's right & who's wrong I'm just gutted that we haven't got what should been the icing on the cake finale of a cracking season, shame on Dorna for not seeing that! There are few angels on the track that is the nature of the beast...and it would be boring otherwise! I like both mm & val but I'll be donning my 46 hoodie & screaming like a mad woman for him to ram it to them where the sun don't shine
Lorenzo, complete wank. Why he had to get involved is shocking, shows himself up for the pathetic tosser he is. Rossi , should have kept his thoughts to himself instead of his outburst in the press conference. I think he'll race at Valencia and if he's lucky he'll make 5th/6th and then retire. He's tarnished his reputation a bit but all will be forgotten in a few years by the majority ( think Zidane ) . Marquez, will try and probably win in Valencia, his reputation also tarnished for his "tactics " in Sepang. Bet HRC had a few choice words behind closed doors for him. I always thought Marquez was a worthy successor to Rossi's mantle but not now. Undoubted talent and may well go on to eclipse Rossi , only time will tell.
well at least if rossi does retire at the end of this season i can save some money because i will not be paying for bt sport next year . I must say though that up to the "incident" i thought what a great bit of racing by mm and rossi. I also think that rossi has made a few bad judgements this year, especially when he stayed out for a lap too long on those worn out wet tyres .
All of this bulls*t just even more makes me want Dani Pedrosa to win the Championship just once. It's not like he's not quick enough.

Fair play to Dani....... the op has done him wonders..... shame the incident has stopped us remembering his win !!
anyhow always preferred the "good old days" when knees elbows and giving "The bird" was the only way to help win races !
Is the media too that manipulates the words, videos, etc. Everybody had their say, they played a role in the last race, so lets hope we'll enjoy the finale
ok he went a bit overboard...... goaded by Marc....... 7 points off and just a decent race from the start would have been the answer..... if you watch the You tube clip.....he has pulled that move many times by drifting wide..... but the leg out ? ok kick whatever it was maybe it was wrong ?? who really cares ?? I would have preferred a race from qualified start positions to end the season...... and shut that whinging Lorenzo up !! lets hope all the others form a bridal pathway opening to enable him to kick, shove, spit and punch his way to the title..... ok I know it wont happen......but great TV if it does !!!!
Ross is replacement next year http://www.wired.co.uk/news/archive/2015-10/29/yamaha-robot-motorbike-motobot-motogp-valentino-rossi
Was thinking about this incident earlier. I didn't see the race but watched various clips of what happened. Both Rossi & Marquez ride/race/practice on supermoto/motocross in their off time, which is close quarters & sometimes a contact sport. Yet we are supposed to believe that Marquez, whom is the most at home on a bucking bike rider the world has seen, can get put on his arse by Rossi sticking his knee out at a relatively pedestrian pace, the whole thing stinks. Ok maybe he shouldn't have done it, but it's a bit of old school...Biaggi elbow anyone... Rossi admitted that he just wanted to get the "F**k Off" message across to Marquez who was playing childish games. At least there is a bit of better news according to the MotoGP FB, Rossi has appealed the race direction decision and the penalty has been suspended until they have a hearing, hopefully after the Valencia showdown. I'm neither a Rossi or Marquez fan, both obviously brilliant riders, but I would love to see Rossi lift his 10th world crown, it would be a record that would take some beating.
i think mm has made a massive mistake.. when rossi retires i reckon that a load of rossis fans WOULD have then gone on to back marquez ,but after their fall out before the race even began there is no chance of that now. Just think of the lost millions of pounds in merchandise sales that marquez has now blown.
True, but in it's current format, which probably won't be changing anytime soon, if you see what I mean
Am I missing something here VR was most definitely in the wrong, but in the last few days support seems to be returning in his favour and going against MM.
Gotta laugh how Rossi and his multitude of Fans seem to be pointing the finger toally at MM, very strange? I was really enjoying the VR vs MM RACING, until Rossi made his stupid "toys out of the pram" move Will be intresting to see if he can get his punishment reversed, although it will turn MotoGP into a mockery
